Designed for rapid, accurate spreading of lime, quicklime, cement, fly ash, and similar materials, our trucks deliver precise coverage with minimal dust exposure. Pneumatically filled from bulk tankers, our spreaders require just 20-25 minutes to fill a tank load of up to 27 tons and can spread up to 8’ wide.
Dust is controlled by a low maintenance pulse-jet filter canister installed at the back of the truck. Spread rate is determined by the depth requirement, soil density, and desired percentage of material when filled with existing soil.

Our Process
Our tried-and-true approach — widely used in civil engineering to prepare subgrades for roads, foundations, embankments, etc. — involves two main stages:
Phase 1: Soil Drying & Modification
Drying the soil by spreading fly ash or lime allows construction to continue by achieving a more suitable optimum moisture content. The soil also experiences an immediate reduction in plasticity and swelling.
Phase 2: Soil Stabilization
The calcium from the lime and the silica/alumina from the clay combine to form cementitious compounds, which bind the soil particles together — improving stability, increasing strength, and a permanently reducing plasticity and swelling. The soil becomes more durable and resistant to water damage.
